Shipping policy

All orders are normally processed and shipped from our facility within 15 days after  your order is placed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated as part of a promotion.

Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their orders, including any costs for exchanges or returns.

  • If you choose to return or exchange a product, you will be required to cover the shipping expenses to return the item to us.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for items lost in transit. Once your package has been shipped and tracking information provided, the responsibility is transferred to the shipping carrier.
