Refund policy
At Stitch Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:
Order Cancellation
- All cancellations must be submitted to Customer Support (customersupport@stitchcorporate.com) within 24 hours of placing the order.
Return Authorization
- All returns must be pre-authorized.
- Customers must contact our Customer Support team (customersupport@stitchcorporate.com), within 3 days of receiving your order, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any item.
- Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items

Customized products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Items with embroidery
- Items with UV printed ingots
- These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Receipt of damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Please follow the Returns Authorization process above.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
