At Stitch Golf, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below:

 

Order Cancellation

Return Authorization

  • All returns must be pre-authorized.
  • Customers must contact our Customer Support team (customersupport@stitchcorporate.com), within 3 days of receiving your order, to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back any item.
  • Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Items with embroidery
    • Items with UV printed ingots
  • These products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Receipt of damaged products must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
  • Please follow the Returns Authorization process above.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
